JORGE PARDO – “Vientos Flamencos”

With this name was published in 2007 the most flamenco of the work of Pardo and has won important awards and recognition. In 2009 the second volume of this project was released, which the flutist and saxophonist joined by a cast of leading figures of this art, including flamenco guitar, singing, dancing and flamenco percussion.

Pianist and composer from Madrid long experienced in the both jazz and flamenco. He plays in trio format with Jose Miguel Garzón (bass) and Fernando Favier (drums), quartet with saxophonist Roman Filiú or sextet with the group Flamenco Jazz Company.

Drummer, percussionist and composer of jazz training, which proved perfectly known flamenco rhythms to give a very personal view of the meeting points. He has just released his new work "Tan Cerca"" which explores the fusion of rhythms with great musicians from both styles.

PEDRO RUY-BLAS (Duet, Quartet or Big Band)

His latest album "Ample" was published in 2008. Pedro alternates their concerts in front of his group of duet presentations. You can also see Ruy- Blas accompanied by The Bob Sands Big Band with "A Su Manera", celebrating Frank Sinatra or with singer LAURA SIMÓ in the show "Sueño Inmaterial" accompanied by an orchestra of over 30 musicians.

TOMÁS SAN MIGUEL AND JORGE PARDO

The duets of these two masters of jazz and contemporary Spanish music in his concerts get the fullest possible integration between public and audience. Compositions alternate with improvisations, covering diverse musical styles. Thei third album has been released in the fall of 2008 under the title "entre".

ANTONIO SERRANO
Her first album "Armonitango" surprised by the approach of Piazzola's tangos to flamenco rhythms. Now just published a new work, along with bassist Javier Colina in front of a quartet of jazz masters. Antonio is considered one of the best harmonica players on the continent, which has been able to assimilate such diverse styles as jazz, flamenco and contemporary music.

This pianist from Galicia, is one of most firm values in Spanish and European jazz. His most recent project is the sextet Atlantic Bridge, consisting of 4 Galician musicians and 2 from the USA. Their first album and their concerts have oteined unanimous recognition of the public and critics.  Recently, Alberto has joined forces with soprano Carmen Durán and they have come up with a  new project, A New Way, with music based on the works of composer Heitor Villa Lobos.

TOMÁS SAN MIGUEL + TXALAPARTA

Dantxa is the title of the third album of this project with Txalaparta who participated in the Dissidenten's drummer, Marlon Klein and txalaparta players Ttukunak. Following their participation in the Midem in Cannes have made an extensive tour of several European countries. The album has reached the top of the European lists of World Music.

One of the most renowned songwriters, with a long and varied career as a singer and poet. In 2007 was released an album in homage to his songs, sung by some of the best Spanish artists and in 2009 his latest album, "Luz de Tierra", was published.
